The SOLAIR 1100LD (Laser Diode) leads the industry as the first of its kind portable particle counter with 0.1 micron sensitivity and 1.0 CFM (28.3 LPM) flow rate using laser diode technology. Conventional HeNe (Helium Neon) particle counters require frequent cleaning, periodic Laser tube replacement and suffer low concentration limits. The SOLAIR 1100LD is designed to operate in ISO Class 1 to Class 7 cleanrooms without concerns of it degrading its environment or exceeding concentration limits.

The SOLAIR 1100LD is a 0.10µm @ 1.0 CFM flow rate portable aerosol particle counter with built-in printer and a battery option. It provides 8 channels of simultaneous particle counting information including 4 inputs for optional environmental sensors. The SOLAIR 1100LD features a 5.7″ Color touch screen display, data storage up to 3000 data records, a Stainless Steel top cover. Optional accessories include Temp/RH Sensor, Differential Pressure Sensor and Air Velocity Sensor. Data is displayed in differential or cumulative mode. Data is easily downloaded to a PC with the LMS XChange Transfer Software. Connection to external systems is possible via RS-232, RS-485, USB or Ethernet. The SOLAIR 1100LD includes a 2 year limited warranty.
